Be recognized as a trusted advisor and leader in Cyber Security Professional Services for our team and external clients. Leading the Security Professional Services team for Central and Western Canada, this is your opportunity to showcase both your outstanding relationship skills and cybersecurity knowledge as you lead delivery resources and work with clients and business development to deliver projects including security posture assessments, security governance reviews, incident response, forensics, offensive security and red teaming, PCI and compliance consulting.

Here's How
    •Work closely with our external clients to assess their security professional services needs as part of their overall security strategy •Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, responsible for developing, managing and delivering against the Regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including KPIs for revenue, profitability, resource allocation, client satisfaction, etc •Demonstrate an understanding of a broad range of Cyber Security Professional Services, and apply that knowledge to build, develop and successfully deploy and deliver a PS strategy to address client and market needs •Have a track record of demonstrating thought leadership related to Cyber Security, seen as a leader in the Cyber Security space •Directly managing, including developing high performing team •Work with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering solutions •Acting as a point of escalation as required •Regional Management of partners, financials, service offerings and reporting •Providing Business Development support and sales enablement, including understanding regional market, identifying growth opportunities and abilities to collaborate with other practices in TELUS Security and TELUS Business


You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
    •You have demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing exceptional and engaged teams •You are recognized for your strong verbal and written communication, collaboration and report writing skills •You are sought out for your experience work with external clients, including in escalation situations •You have the ability to analyze complex problems and discuss them in a simple, logical and thoughtful manner •You bring a strong understanding of Cyber Security Professional Services and a demonstrated track record of building strategic plans and exceeding KPIs related to client satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets

    •10+ years in Information Technology, with at least 5+ in Information Security •5+ years of experience direct people management experience •University Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline •In possession of or in the process of obtaining related Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CGEIT, etc) •Bilingual (French/English) an asset •Current or ability to achieve Secret Level II clearance required
