Job Description:

As a Manager, Audit Workforce you will oversee and operate processes including hiring approvals, monthly reporting, forecasting against quarterly targets, and participating in annual planning for the Audit division workforce. This role works closely with Audit leadership to provide a clear picture of team structure and support strategic decision making. As the key point of contact for the Audit workforce, you will work closely with all areas of the Audit division, particularly the executive group, as well as partners in Talent Attraction and Human Resources. If you are a highly organized and analytical professional with good communication skills and experience in planning and reporting, we would love to hear from you. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing Audit hiring approval inquiries, guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process, and communicating status and hiring timelines to teams.
  • Routine interaction with Audit executives to assist in understanding their staffing and reporting needs and guiding them through solutions.
  • Preparing weekly reporting on approval and hiring requisition status by team to forecast against quarterly targets.
  • Preparing monthly reporting and statistics on headcount and assess executive and non-executive progress against KPI's for input into monthly operating reports.
  • Preparing quarterly Audit Committee reporting to provide an overview of resourcing quantity.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reporting as required to management on insight and decision making.
  • Support in preparing team structure material as routinely requested by regulators as well as via ad-hoc examinations.
  • Provide insights into Audit workforce composition, movements, and trends for senior executive team consideration and decision making.

Job Requirements:
  • Over 7 years of relevant experience with undergraduate degree
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, CIA a strong asset
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of businesses and organizational practices and disciplines.
  • Ardent in processing and handling confidential information with discretion while acting with the highest levels of integrity.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, analytical tools, and Internet applications.
  • A strong negotiator and decision maker who can influence business leaders and make rationale choices.
  • A dynamic leader who can work collaboratively, communicate effectively in both oral and written form and build relationships across teams and functions in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong organization/time management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to make business decisions based upon sound judgement.
