We are looking for you to join us as a Area Sales Manager, to support a team of engaged and passionate Account Specialists in the Greater Toronto Area. This is an exciting and challenging leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of a sales target that is achieved through solid recruiting, coaching & development and activity management. In this role, you will support delivery of results and will be supported by a variety of highly engaged teams within the SBS organization to help you and your team to achieve this goal.

Qualifications:


Here's what you bring:
    •Support, coach and develop a high performing sales team capable of exceeding goals, objectives and financial targets •Showcase the team's performance through tracking of key performance metrics, then utilize this information for forecasting and business planning •Partner with cross-functional communities to fully support the needs of your team •Minimum 5-7 years sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, at intermediate or senior level with previous direct/indirect experience in leading a sales team •Utilize your outstanding communication skills to effectively articulate the vision, goals and strategic imperatives of the business and act as an enabler for feedback
