As a Digital Advisory Lead, you will drive transformative digital strategies across engineering, planning, and infrastructure portfolios. This role shapes enterprise-level innovation that enhances project performance and helps clients thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Your Impact
- Lead the development and rollout of digital strategies across planning, advisory, asset management, and infrastructure projects.
- Guide the integration of technologies including BIM, AI, IoT, data analytics, and cloud platforms (PaaS/SaaS) into Planning, Advisory, design, construction, and operations workflows.
- Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to align digital strategy with business needs and client outcomes.
- Oversee execution of digital initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build strong client relationships and provide trusted strategic guidance on digital transformation.
- Monitor emerging technologies and advise on future-ready digital solutions that drive sustainability and performance.
- Lead the preparation of digital proposals, pursuits, and presentations showcasing WSP's digital leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, planning, GIS, engineering, computer science, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years in digital transformation, engineering consulting, or advisory environments.
- Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative digital solutions.
- Expertise in BIM, AI, IoT, cloud platforms, digital twins, automation, PMIS, and analytics tools.
- Strong ability to lead organizational change and empower cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at translating complex digital concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to align digital strategy with real-world project and business outcomes.
