As a Digital Advisory Lead, you will drive transformative digital strategies across engineering, planning, and infrastructure portfolios. This role shapes enterprise-level innovation that enhances project performance and helps clients thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Your Impact

• Lead the development and rollout of digital strategies across planning, advisory, asset management, and infrastructure projects.
• Guide the integration of technologies including BIM, AI, IoT, data analytics, and cloud platforms (PaaS/SaaS) into Planning, Advisory, design, construction, and operations workflows.
• Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to align digital strategy with business needs and client outcomes.
• Oversee execution of digital initiatives, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and mentor a team of digital specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships and provide trusted strategic guidance on digital transformation.
• Monitor emerging technologies and advise on future-ready digital solutions that drive sustainability and performance.
• Lead the preparation of digital proposals, pursuits, and presentations showcasing WSP's digital leadership.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, planning, GIS, engineering, computer science, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years in digital transformation, engineering consulting, or advisory environments.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering innovative digital solutions.
• Expertise in BIM, AI, IoT, cloud platforms, digital twins, automation, PMIS, and analytics tools.
• Strong ability to lead organizational change and empower cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at translating complex digital concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to align digital strategy with real-world project and business outcomes.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$122,900 - $162,800

MB & ON:
$112,100 - $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$104,500 - $140,700
