Play a vital role in supporting construction and infrastructure projects across Southwestern Ontario by keeping materials, samples, and equipment moving safely and efficiently. As a Laboratory Logistics Driver with WSP's Construction Materials Laboratory in London, Ontario, you will be a trusted link between field teams and laboratory operations - helping ensure quality testing, reliable results, and safe project delivery.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys being on the road while contributing to meaningful projects that shape our communities.

A WSP fleet vehicle is provided for all routes.
Your Impact

• Transport construction material samples, equipment, and supplies between job sites and laboratories with care and accuracy.
• Plan and execute efficient daily pick-up and delivery routes across London, Windsor, and Sarnia, with occasional travel to Kitchener/Waterloo and Burlington.
• Support laboratory testing schedules by coordinating timely inbound and outbound materials.
• Promote a strong safety culture by following all Health & Safety requirements and WSP policies.
• Communicate professionally with laboratory and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain delivery logs and required documentation with attention to detail.
• Contribute to general laboratory and warehouse operations as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• A valid Ontario driver's licence with a minimum of 2 years of clean driving experience.
• Confidence operating pickup trucks and cargo vans.
• A strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and personal accountability.
• Sound judgement and the confidence to ask questions when clarification is needed.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• The ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• This is a physically demanding role requiring regular movement of materials and equipment.
• Extended periods of driving are required, including trips of up to 1-2 hours at a time.
• Early morning starts and occasional evening hours are required to support operational needs.
• Overtime may be required based on project and business demands.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $51,800 - $68,600
MB & ON: $47,200 - $65,000
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $46,800 - $62,100
