We offer competitive pay, flexible work options, comprehensive benefits, virtual healthcare, wellness resources, savings programs, and a clear, inspiring vision for the future.

What you'll do
  • You'll support landfill and aggregate site compliance monitoring programs, including fieldwork and reporting.
  • You'll independently complete authorized field assignments and collaborate with technicians, contractors, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • You'll collect, document, and manage environmental field data following WSP standards and industry protocols.
  • You'll communicate with clients, labs, government partners, and service providers to keep project activities running smoothly.
  • You'll assist in producing technical reports - analyzing chemical, hydrogeological, and geotechnical data, and drafting clear, professional deliverables.
  • You'll champion safe work practices and ensure full implementation of corporate and client safety programs.

What you'll bring to WSP
  • 3-5 years of environmental consulting experience, including fieldwork.
  • A degree in environmental, geological, civil engineering, geoscience, or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for P.Eng. or P.Geo.
  • Experience with Ontario environmental regulations (preferred).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to use your own vehicle for site work.
