We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT team at Vready Now. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Assist with network and system administration tasks
  • Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Education:

Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
