As an AI and Gen AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As an Associate GenAI Developer you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Design and develop AI/ML/GenAI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize AI/ML models using programming languages such as Python or Java
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and suitability for AI/ML models.
• Train, test, and validate AI/ML models using appropriate techniques and methodologies.
• Deploy AI/ML models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and data scientists.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities.
Experience and skills you'll use to solve
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services for AI/ML deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
