At the time of the interview applicant must be able to produce proof of completion of the following prerequisites:

Immunization Record

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Status (Site Requirement)

A Valid Ontario Security Guard License

First Aid & CPR - Level C

Proficient in English (both oral and written)

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement:

Management of Aggressive Behavior

Use of Force

Baton Training

Report Writing

Additional courses as assigned

Able to obtain clearance of a Vulnerable Sector Check
