Job Skills / Requirements

Position: Security Guard

Site: Fanshawe College

City: Simcoe, Ontario

Status: Full Time

Hours: Monday - Thursday 1400-2200

Friday 0900 -1700

Pay Rate: $18.04

High visibility, customer service role.

Duties include but are not limited to:
•Report writing
•Arrest procedures
•Customer service
•Public Relations
•Physical rounds of clients' property
•Securing premises
•Enforcing client's policies
•CCTV monitoring
Requirements:
•Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard license
•MUST have full G driver's license
•Security experience an asset
•Police Foundations diploma, Criminology degree or Policing/Corrections/Military is perferred
•Proficient in English, both written and oral
•Valid First Aid/CPR Level C Certification
•Vulnerable Sector Check
•Proof of double COVID-19 Vaccination
•Use of Force Training is an asset

Valid Ontario Security License
