The Field Manager is based out of Toronto and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day security operations and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations to our clients and that the policies, procedures and stated objectives of the organization are met.
Job Description
• Ensure all scheduled shifts are complete and all contractual obligations of the Company have been met
• Participates and oversees the Company's disaster response until such time as a senior manager has relieved the responsibility
• Advise and inform Senior Management of critical incidents
• Brief Senior Management on issues as required
• Attends and oversees all critical incidents that may occur
• Investigate and report on all occupation health & safety incidents following the procedures set out in the corporate OH&S manual
• Attends and investigates all officer involved Motor Vehicle Incidents (MVIs)
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of industry experience in a leadership position is considered an important asset
• Class G Driver's License is required
• Experience with Paladin Mobile Division is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and maintain proper records
• Authorized to Legally work in Canada
