What will your typical day look like?
As a Dayforce Payroll Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative team environment, working alongside senior consultants to address payroll-related challenges. Your responsibilities will include system configuration, preparing functional design documents, and creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements. You will participate in all stages of payroll system implementations, from testing and troubleshooting to client training on Dayforce functionality.

• Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Nice to have:
• Experience in payroll implementation.
• Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
