KPMG's Office of the Partner (OTP) supports our partnership through the lifecycle of their careers - from entry into partnership, through to retirement preparation. Our team includes partnership accounting, partner matters (onboarding, partnership policies, benefits and agreements, offboarding), leadership development, partnership tax, and partner personal and corporate tax services.
The Financial Health Advisor supports Partners in achieving long-term financial wellbeing through financial wellness education, tailored financial planning, and strategic leadership of the Partner Savings Plan (PSP). This role acts as a central liaison among the PSP Committee, OTP, and Canada Life while also driving wealth management education and communication across the Partner group.

The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. What you will do
Financial Wellness Consulting
- Provide Partners with personalized financial wellbeing tools and templates.
- Develop and deliver financial wellness programs, tools, and educational resources.
- Help Partners build long-term financial confidence through tailored coaching.
- Lead the development of Partner-focused communication and education on wealth management topics.
- Translate complex wealth concepts, including investment principles, retirement strategies, and risk management, into clear, actionable guidance.
- Build and maintain a communications strategy that increases Partner literacy, engagement, and informed decision-making regarding wealth-building opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure aligned, high-quality wealth management messaging.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the PSP Committee, OTP, and Canada Life.
- Own Partner communications related to PSP updates, performance, and opportunities.
- Drive engagement, momentum, and investment in the PSP program.
- Identify enhancements and support strategic direction for the PSP's continued evolution.
- Liaise with Partners' investment advisors to ensure optimal financial planning and retirement readiness support.
- Provide guidance on savings and investment planning, cash flow management, and long-term goal setting.
- Create clear, timely, and accessible communications to Partners regarding financial programs, PSP developments, and wealth management resources.
- Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across all financial wellbeing initiatives.
- Simplify complex financial information into actionable takeaways for Partners.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field and completion of, or enrollment in, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification.
- Experience in providing personalized financial wellbeing tools, developing wellness programs, and coaching clients for long-term confidence.
- Ability to lead communication on wealth topics, translate complex concepts, and enhance financial literacy and engagement.
- Basic level understanding of Canadian personal and corporate tax with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities and liaise with existing tax advisors and lawyers.
- Demonstrates exceptional responsiveness and effective communication to address Partner inquiries and matters.
- Experience as a liaison between committees and providers, driving program engagement and identifying enhancements.
- Skills in working with investment advisors, providing guidance on savings, investment planning, and cash flow management.
- Ability to create clear, timely communications, ensure consistency, and simplify complex financial information.
