What will your typical day look like?

Position based in Quebec due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.

You will work and engage with Partners across the firm. Engaging in conversations and advising them on WIP/AR and DSO. You will have the opportunity to communicate crucial information and create reports.

About the team

You will be part of the broader Finance team specializing in the Billing and Collection team. This is a fast-paced team where you will have the opportunity to work with senior level stakeholders and Partners.

You are someone who is:

• Strong ability to problem solves and to make decisions within the parameters of their role.
• Establish rapport with various departments using your Excellent Excel & Reporting Skill
• Ability to research & resolve billing and collection issues
• Strong negotiation skills and judgment when dealing with sensitive client matters
• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for numbers and accuracy
• Has excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French (Quebec based only)

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
