You'll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Demonstrated recruitment experience, with a deep understanding of the full life-cycle of recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a professional services, law or consulting recruitment would be considered a strong asset.
• Well established relationship management skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization/partnership structure.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess situations strategically and develop a collaborative approach.
• Excellent judgment with a broad view and good common sense.
• Strong practical experience with an Applicant Tracking System in an environment where a high degree of data integrity was the norm.
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
