Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $85,100 - $112,800
MB & ON: $77,700 - $107,000
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $76,900 - $102,100

The Opportunity
Shape Something Different - As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer in our Healthcare Buildings team, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for healthcare facilities that improve patient care and community well-being. You'll work on moderately complex projects, applying technical expertise while collaborating with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Your Impact
- Deliver electrical designs for healthcare facilities, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call, security, and communication systems.
- Prepare engineering specifications and drawings that meet project criteria and regulatory standards.
- Apply innovative technologies and sustainable design practices to meet client objectives.
- Utilize industry-specific software and tools for design and analysis.
- Support contract administration and client service activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and mentor junior team members to foster technical growth.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- University degree in Electrical Engineering; eligibility for Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) membership.
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical design for healthcare buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles; LEED accreditation is an asset.
- Ability to manage moderately complex projects and contribute to proposal development.
