KPMG is currently seeking a Sales Director to lead the growth of our Oracle service line. The individual should have extensive IT services sales experience.

This position can be filled, in various locations across Canada, though you will be asked to work outside your local office as deemed necessary by KPMG. We are a dynamic and innovative team and equally passionate about what we do and the quality of services we provide to our clients.

What you will do

  • Lead and support pre-sales efforts for the delivery of transformational Oracle solutions across industries and across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS portfolio
  • Prepare RFP responses, conduct solution assessments, work with the team to estimate level of effort, finalize pricing and define staffing models in the context of the RFP response
  • Deliver client presentations, participate in negotiations and prepare SOW for client engagements
  • Lead sessions and create well-architected IT services solutions that align to the client's business objectives and best leverage s skills within KPMG Canada and its member firms
  • Drive growth within the service line by providing sales leadership support and help refine the vision for the service line as it relates to sales methodology and skill development
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and offerings with Oracle and other partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of client hierarchy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle executives.

What you bring to the role

  • 10+ years of experience with strong sales, delivery, relationship management and account management experience in the IT services industry with top tier global delivery service providers
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA is preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle products and offerings is preferred
  • Proven capability in building relationships with client's middle and senior management
  • Proven experience in rapidly growing a practice or an account
  • Hands-on experience with proposal/RFP creation and leading RFP/proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Open to travel on need basis
