Who we are looking for:

The Sr Director Consumer Marketing is responsible for bringing the entire household value proposition together across the entire suite of products that keep our customers connected and entertained delivering household profitability through preference, differentiation and superiority claims in compelling value propositions that resonate with our core consumer segments.

What you'll do:
  • Defines & Owns consumer market segments and the consumer household value proposition, and the evolution of both.
  • Responsible for deep customer insights, grounded in segmentation, and the corresponding value proposition for each customer segment informing Brand, Channels, Digital, Growth
  • Marketing and Base Marketing to bring the whole home storyline to life. Partners with same to ensure that the consumer value propositions come to life in all aspects of GTM.
  • Owns the customer experience throughout the consumer value prop journeys.
  • Delivers on household profitability through the differentiation of our value propositions.
  • Own and deliver a differentiated value propositions beyond price that converge the consumer benefits of both wireless and residential for the customer.
  • Owns the positioning and GTM strategy for new consumer whole home value propositions.
  • Be the advocate and voice of customers to provide intelligent strategies to shape overall business plans and customer journeys.
  • Collaboratively with product, contributes consumer segment strategies to the annual business plan encompassing the product and innovation roadmap to win in the year and beyond.

What you bring:
  • 10+ Years marketing leadership experience in Consumer Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods or Financial services
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to understand and influence across the drivers of the P&L
  • Proven track record demonstrating a high degree of autonomy, accountability and relevant technical expertise in the execution of complex new products, strategic interpretation, key business drivers, and knowledge management.
  • A proven ability to challenge status quo, think outside the box, and come to the table with creative solutions to problems everyday
  • Demonstrates an understanding of situational leadership; coupled with the ability to adopt different leadership styles depending on the situation
  • Exceptional ability to persuade, convince and negotiate with influence in order to support objectives
  • Team Leader with proven ability to achieve results that meet both the short and long term business objectives
  • Coaching, Development and People Management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills with internal clients and external partners/stakeholders.
  • Reflect a high degree of professional initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness/ability to operate effectively both on a team and independently
  • Marketing / Business Administration Degree and MBA preferred

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days work best for you!
