The Digital Operations Specialist provides day to day technical and analytical support with key focus on campaign trafficking and creative delivery troubleshooting. In addition, creative asset management / organization with both internal and external teams. Additional tasks that may be required include in-platform (DSP) support and digital campaign operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary contact for all Programmatic ad campaign trafficking (CM + Others)
  • Partner with digital team to plan and implement annual media priorities across all enterprise channels
  • Collaborate with creative partners (such as internal Production, Agencies, Vendors etc)
  • Lead Digital Operations meetings with cross function teams (internal/external)
  • Proactively identify opportunities for operational innovation and testing
  • Inform and maintain Digital Operations workflows across teams
  • Troubleshoot digital creative issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
  • Assist with incrementality testing
  • Assist with inventory performance and optimization strategies
  • Develop best practices for digital operations across channels and regularly communicate out to the larger programmatic and digital teams
  • Stay abreast of the latest offerings from Google (CM)

  • DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must have 2+ years of experience working with Ad Servers, DSPs, ad exchanges, verification partners and other supply platform
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying and ad operations
  • Good understanding of Analytic platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Studio
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel
  • Proficiency in Google Office solutions, especially Sheets and Studio
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Strong desire to contribute to a team
