The Digital Operations Specialist provides day to day technical and analytical support with key focus on campaign trafficking and creative delivery troubleshooting. In addition, creative asset management / organization with both internal and external teams. Additional tasks that may be required include in-platform (DSP) support and digital campaign operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary contact for all Programmatic ad campaign trafficking (CM + Others)Partner with digital team to plan and implement annual media priorities across all enterprise channelsCollaborate with creative partners (such as internal Production, Agencies, Vendors etc)Lead Digital Operations meetings with cross function teams (internal/external)Proactively identify opportunities for operational innovation and testingInform and maintain Digital Operations workflows across teamsTroubleshoot digital creative issues on all pre-production and live campaignsAssist with incrementality testingAssist with inventory performance and optimization strategiesDevelop best practices for digital operations across channels and regularly communicate out to the larger programmatic and digital teamsStay abreast of the latest offerings from Google (CM)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMust have 2+ years of experience working with Ad Servers, DSPs, ad exchanges, verification partners and other supply platformDeep understanding of programmatic buying and ad operationsGood understanding of Analytic platforms such as Tableau, Looker, StudioProficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically ExcelProficiency in Google Office solutions, especially Sheets and StudioStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong project and time management skillsStrong desire to contribute to a teamClosing Statement
