TheDigital FlyerData Coordinatoris responsible for supporting the Advertising Team in driving digital flyer accuracy. Responsible for the day-to-day digital flyer data entry as well as working with cross-functional teams and external vendor partners to ensure accurate data for the execution of the Consumer and PRO digital flyer programs.This candidate will report directly to Manager, Advertising Production.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the data integrity of the digital Consumer and PRO flyer programs, including day-to-day communications to internal and external teams
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to obtain missing information
  • Collaborate with External Vendors to troubleshoot error logs
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Attend and document all relevant meetings, including 360 team meetings, production, and weekly statuses
  • Balance multiple projects with minimal supervision and be accountable to deadlines
  • Other duties as required

  • Knowledge/Experience Required:
  • Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year)
  • Previous experience working with different software platforms or content management systems
  • Flexible to a reactive retail environment with an ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Results and detail-oriented with excellent organization and execution skills
  • Self-directed, able to work independently and able to manage relationships with all levels of the company including senior team members, vendors, and supplier partners
  • Strong communication skills and networking abilities
  • Strong team player
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge would be considered an asset
