Purpose
Responsible for developing digital learning content based on established learning frameworks and in alignment with courses designed by Learning Experience Designers. This role monitors digital learningand program effectiveness, provides end-user support and troubleshoots as required.

Accountabilities
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
  • Develops or advises the overall framework, strategy and technical design of digital assets, ensuring alignment with learning needs and service level agreements
  • Coordinates with Learning Experience Designers in the development of digital learning content, and develops digital assets based on scripts or storyboards
  • Works with HR Services to coordinate program components, ensuring alignment with other parts of a program and assists with testing and deployment
  • Utilizes technical knowledge to develop digital learning content in alignment with courses designed by Instructional Designers
  • Maintains digital learning programs to ensure up-to-date learning content, friendly usability, troubleshooting technical issues, etc.
  • Tracks and reports on training activities and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness; gathers and provides trends and insights to Manager, Digital Development
  • Provides end-user support and resolves low risk inquiries and concerns
  • Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations within his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
  • Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment

Education and Experience Required and Other Information
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Digital Communications or pursing education in related field
  • Previous experience in designing and developing digital learning content is required
  • Knowledge of learning theories and learning practices
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS and Web Development are an asset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven teamwork capabilities
  • Spanish language skills an asset
