Our Enterprise Solutions SAP team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference. Building on the success of our practice, we are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory team as a Manager working in our Management Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, SAP practice.

What you will do
  • As a Manager in our SAP practice, you'll be learning from some of the best in the industry and growing your personal skillset by:
  • Managing the delivery of various projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work that meets client requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct a thorough review of client deliverables (i.e. all documentation) to ensure they are presented in accordance with our client's quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain standard project documentation including; project plans, agendas, lists of tasks, deliverables and ensure adherence to company Project Management Standards and Software Development best practices.
  • Managing resources effectively, including onshore and offshore by coordinating across teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets to meet project needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
  • Proactively work with project team to create and maintain the Risk Register, Issues Log, Actions and Decisions
  • Generate regular reports for senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and impacted parties are appropriately engaged.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment, and lead teams and project deliverables.
  • Experience working in a client facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders.
  • Lead engagements through KPMG methodology
What you bring to the role
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Activate methodology, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP frameworks.
  • Proven leadership in a minimum of three full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • At least five years of experience serving as a project manager, functional lead, or technical lead on SAP ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
  • Experience across various roles and phases of SAP Finance and Controlling module implementations is highly valued.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, Jira, Microsoft Project, Clarizen, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools such as Signavio.
  • Awareness of SAP Joule and other AI-driven tools and technologies.
  • Experience managing geographically distributed (including offshore) teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP extensibility using the Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative team member with the ability to navigate and resolve conflict in dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Well-developed organizational skills, respect for diverse perspectives, and adaptability to change.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused professional services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of supporting cutover planning, business readiness, and change management activities leading up to go-live.
  • Experience managing hypercare phases and transitioning to steady-state operations.
