What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Business Analyst, CRM you will work closely with the Business owners and the Solutions Delivery team to facilitate successful execution of deliverables. You will also work with the product team (including both business and technical staff) and internal stakeholders to understand, gather information, synthesize findings into business/functional requirements, and design documents. You will be assisting product/project managers with the development, updating and tracking of the project management process and deliverables (e.g., detailed task lists, project schedule, issue logs, financials, status reporting, ongoing monitoring and reporting). Furthermore, you will develop use cases, establish and clearly document requirements and assist with business case development for IT projects and assessments.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. You are someone with:
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
- Completed university degree or college diploma
- At least 4-5 years' experience in business analysis, requirements management and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with any CRM implementation, preferably Siebel or Salesforce CRM.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (Waterfall & Agile) and the role of a Business analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
