Job Description
Key Duties:
Enter information into company databases and spreadsheets
Review data to make sure it is accurate and complete
Update existing records when new information is provided
Organize digital files and documents
Follow company guidelines for handling confidential information
Report any errors or missing information to a supervisor
Assist with other simple administrative tasks when needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools)
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written communication skills
Nice to Have:
Previous data entry or office experience
Familiarity with spreadsheets or data management tools
