Job SummaryFrom experience, data entry is not just about typing information in. It is about accuracy, consistency, and making sure the data actually makes sense. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping records clean, up to date, and easy to work with. Working remotely, it requires focus, discipline, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Enter and update data accurately in company systems
- Review information to catch and correct errors
- Maintain organized digital records and files
- Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets when needed
- Work with team members to ensure data is complete and consistent
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic written communication skills
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required
