They play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.We areseekinga highly skilledManager Engineering (Generalist, product Engineering, Full Stack dev) with extensive experience working with Data Engineering and AI tools like Cursor, Cloude etc. The ideal candidate willbe responsible fordesigning, developing, and providing guidance onimproving dev processes through AI engineering for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation of their processes across their environments and teams.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding assistants; Prompt engineering for code generation; AI-assisted code review & refactoring; AI-powered documentation generation
• Full-stack or backend development (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript); API design & integration; Microservices architecture .
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions); Version control (Git); Code review best practices; Branching strategies
• Optimize and troubleshoot machine learning pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI assisted development processes
• Coaching & mentoring; Facilitation; Stakeholder communication; Change advocacy
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, ora relatedfield.
• Proven experience as a data and product Engineering or Full Stack dev Engineer.
• Strong proficiency with different AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc.
• Solid understanding of LLMsand best practices.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure).
• Proficiencyin Python and databricks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practic es.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with different AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, etc .
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Beam, Airflow).
• Understanding of change management and governance .
• End-to-end experience in software development life cycle processes .

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
