Our OTS practice is looking for Manager level IT professionals with expertise in providing Cybersecurity services across diverse industries.

Your key responsibilities

As a manager, you have the opportunity to work within our Operational Transaction Services practice who is recognized as a trusted source of expertise for IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, cost and value, operating models and the optimization of technology processes and services across diverse industries. We are looking for individuals to deliver Cybersecurity services in IT due diligence engagements as well as during pre-close and post-close phases of M&A transactions. M&A experience is considered a bonus but is not a pre-requisite for the position. This position requires a willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills and attributes for success

• Support client engagement teams executing IT due diligence and transaction services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.
• Specifically be able to deliver Cybersecurity services in IT due diligence engagements as well as during pre-close and post-close phases of M&A transactions
• Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including project management, problem-solving, and facilitation.
• Assist in identifying key IT risks and issues related to cybersecurity and their impact on integration planning, timelines, and functional areas.
• Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and deliverables.
• Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to grow the practice.
• Assist in leading internal practice initiatives to help continually improve the IT M&A practice and be responsible for fostering an open and inclusive work environment.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Undergraduate or Masters' degree preferably in one of the following areas: Information Security, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, and other related majors
• Knowledge and 5-7 years of hands-on experience with key components of cybersecurity including network & infrastructure security, access and identity management, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security governance, risk and compliance, security architecture, data protection, privacy, security awareness and others.
• Expert knowledge and 4-5 years of practical experience with common frameworks, standards and methodologies used in cybersecurity field
• Practical experience with conducting risk assessments and testing of controls
• Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods
• Possession of at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA CISM
• Familiarity with or knowledge of cybersecurity in Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology

Ideally, you'll also have

• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
