The DTTL People Culture & Purpose team is looking for a professional who can support the delivery of projects and programming that bring to life our WorldImpact purpose initiatives for the approximately 8,500+ Deloitte Global professionals. An ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in driving corporate sustainability, volunteering programs, and/or employee well-being efforts. Our team needs someone who can readily juggle different focus areas and geographic complexities, often within the same day.

As the Culture & Purpose Specialist, the successful candidate will work across a center of expertise, requiring both self-directed project work and supportive work for the WorldImpact COE Leader. This will include:

  • Initial focus on supporting the development and delivery of our mental health and well-being programming for professionals, while driving our internal sustainability efforts, including an engagement program to reduce travel-related emissions reduction.
  • Opportunities to support other projects within the Culture & Purpose portfolio, including community building, employee engagement, and listening.
  • Manage project plans and prepare program activation and communication deliverables, including presentations, talking points, and other materials using appropriate messaging and style; adhere to brand requirements and reflect the needs of various internal audiences.
  • Coordinate with a complex matrix of stakeholders within Deloitte Global, across the broader Deloitte organization, and non-profit partner organizations to support, implement, and measure programs.
  • Support the local delivery of key events and serve as geographic representative to embed and promote programs locally, including volunteering efforts, in collaboration with local and business-based volunteer councils, member firm counterparts, and non-profit organizations.
  • Maintain operations records and regularly measure success of programs for primary focus area, including action plans, reports, key relationships, and event/program metrics.

You are someone with:

  • Demonstrated commitment to Corporate Responsibility, Social Impact, Sustainability, Employee Engagement, Well-being or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality, error-free output.
  • Ability to flexibly manage workload to deliver multiple projects in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to ask thoughtful questions and seek guidance during complexity.
  • Stellar curiosity and research skills.
  • Experience working as part of a "virtual team" across countries and cultures and/or communicating with global audiences.
  • Experience bringing employee engagement programs to life.
  • Experience working in a complex matrixed environment or professional services firm.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in Communications, English, Business, International Development, Political Science, Environmental Studies, or related
  • 5+ years of experience
