Site Description:
Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a design and construction consortium comprised of four different transportation infrastructures: ACS-Dragados, Aecon, EllisDon and SNC-Lavalin. CTS works with these four partners to design, construct, and finance a transit system consisting of 25 stations and stops, tracks, signals, and communication systems. CTS is responsible for building the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, which will run from Weston Road in the west to Kennedy Road in the east. CTS will maintain this infrastructure for the next 30 years

Job Responsibilities:
• 1 year of dispatch experience required
• Monitoring of CCTV Systems to aid in deterring Trespassing and Vandalism
• Dispatching of Mobile Supervisor and Mobile Patrol Officers to respond to these same calls
• Monitor Station Alarms and Dispatch Mobile Team to specific locations for response
• Liaises with Emergency Services and Crosslinx Management and must have strong communication skills
• Document all incidents and prepare reports for Management to review
• Work under the Direction of Crosslinx Mobile Supervisor and provide assistance from a CCTV and Monitoring perspective
• Other duties as assigned
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid WSIB-approved First Aid & CPR Level C
• COVID-19 Vaccinations
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
• Legally Authorized to work in Canada

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
