Overview of the Opportunity: The Creative Content Manager is a core member of the Digital & Innovation team, striving to drive growth of digital and innovation services. Reporting to the Director, National Innovation Marketing, within National Marketing & Communications (NMC), the Manager works collaboratively with the National Digital & Innovation team to lead the development of visual client-focused narratives on the disruption taking place across industries, driven by exponential technologies. The successful candidate will have an eye for design and skilled at turning business concepts into creative visualizations.
The Creative Content Manager will play a pivot role in developing how the Digital & Innovation team showcases KPMG's expertise, technology, and future focus to our clients, bringing the leader's vision to life leveraging research and creative storytelling by working with internal and external agency resources, with an overall goal to strengthen and differentiate the KPMG brand in the Innovation space. The individual will leverage a variety of technology and platforms to effectively deliver visual and engaging client experiences that demonstrate the art-of-the-possible to our clients, working with teams from across marketing and within the business. Building relationships and partnering closely with senior executives and internal leaders is critical to success in this role.
What you will do- Work collaboratively with the Digital & Innovation team to shape client / sector narratives on disruption taking place enabled by exponential technologies
- Interact with teams to develop conceptual designs supporting messaging strategy
- Create visual stories using distinctive approaches that include, but not limited to PowerPoint, infographics, dynamic imagery, video, AR/VR representations, scrolly telling etc.
- Bring to life client narratives on digital innovation, tailored to each client experience and the disruption/transformation taking place in their industry.
- Be an integral part of brainstorming for internal/external campaigns, bringing the audience perspective to all ideas
- Develop an understanding of client business requirements, work with a diverse team including researchers and client delivery partners to develop a pitch strategy
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of client issues and develop a strong knowledge of KPMG service offerings to position and propose innovative solutions
- Elevate our creative content to positively impact our clients experience with our brand
- Structure compelling presentations and deliverables in logical, compelling, and creative ways to create unique client experiences
- Own the relationship with the Agency of Record to develop strategy and ensure delivery to scope and budget
- Work collaboratively with the various marketing and operations teams to ensure the active execution of creative assets externally and internally across Canada
- Ensure compliance with KPMG Brand and Regulatory requirements
What you bring to the role- Minimum 5+ years of experience specifically in creating and synthesizing client presentations and producing creative assets- If you have a portfolio, please share in your application*
- Proven experience working with Senior Leadership and Management- leading meetings, working with clients and managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Diploma or undergraduate degree, preferably in a creative, marketing or business administration related qualification
- Experience leading the development of creative visualizations using PowerPoint, infographics, dynamic imagery, video, AR/VR representation
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro
- Expertise Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced storyteller, high ability to translate data into visually appealing presentation is essential
- Exceptional written and presentation skills and comfort presenting ideas to senior stakeholders from across the business
- Ability to simplify complex challenges to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and translate into client-focused strategies
- Self-directed individual with an eagerness to excel and is accustomed to a fast-paced and agile environment with competing and flexible priorities
- Experience in leading with influence and working as a collaborative team member
- Experience working in a creative, digital or marketing agency or in professional services is preferred
