Coordinator on Canadian Equity Marketing team. Assist on all equity marketing activities including corporate deal & non-deal roadshows, site tours, desk updates & conferences. Track client-related activities and manage and/or assist on all logistics for equity client events. This role is accountable to provide corporate access for BMO's Equity business to all corporate clients. The role plays a critical part within BMO Capital Markets, Equity Sales and Institutional & Corporate Banking.
Key Accountabilities List and describe the major components of work (e.g., strategy, governance, people management, analysis) and the approximate percentage of time spent on each. What action does the job take (e.g., own, execute, support, co-ordinate)? What results or outcomes are expected? Is there anything unique and important to know about what this job accomplishes?
Core Responsibilities - Provide support to Equity Marketing team for the coordination & execution of all corporate (deal and non-deal) roadshows, site tours, conferences and sales desk updates
- Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with external clients and internal stakeholders (BMO Equity Research, Sales, Trading, I&CB & global Equity Marketing teams)
- Advising on logistics for all projects - both virtual and in-person (flights, ground transport, venues, hotels, virtual calls etc)
- Preparation of appropriate invitations and flyers to be sent to clients for new marketing events
- Monitoring responses and updating schedules with the most current information
- Investor conference coordination and 1x1 scheduling - both virtual and in-person
- Maintain relationships with roadshow suppliers
- Work with and maintain entries for client management database - Salesforce.com/Tier 1
- Update and maintain equity marketing stats/data to aid in the production of pitch decks and reports for equity marketing team, banking and clients
Client Relationships - Provides adequate and appropriate information to internal and external client groups

- CSC an asset
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and high level of comfort in Excel
