As a key member of the TELUS Health team, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer support as it relates testing, training, providing timely follow-up and, implementation activities. In this position, you will be joining a growing team Analysts transforming & converting health data for Canadian doctors to a TELUS Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience and skillet within an innovative and collaborative environment. Your work will be crucial to the success of the EMR platform within TELUS Health!

Here's how
    •Virtually meet with clients to conduct requirements gathering and perform validation activities over teleconference •Facilitate data review sessions with Physicians, clinic leads and internal teams •Assess impacts and trends of potential client pain points to propose feasible solutions to the data team •Ensure internal and external customers receive timely and accurate project information and status updates •Handle all migration issues with tact and diplomacy, working as an advocate for our internal and external clients •Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus •Follow up on the outcome of data issues found during review sessions •Work with various teams to identify roadblocks, resolve issues, track go-live dates and ensure timely completion for each project •Assist in the implementation of operational improvement opportunities

    Functional Skills:
      •Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and independently execute assigned work •Avid problem solver •Ability to stay highly organized in a fast paced environment •Passion for delivering results to drive an outstanding customer experience •Passion for helping to generate creative solutions to problems •Proven ability to craft positive, concise written communications in meaningful terms for the audience •Capable of listening and interpreting client feedback to understand workflow and identify any potential issues with migration •Highly collaborative, a persuasive presentation style, and polished communication skills •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
    •The following roles must have the required education & experience as listed below:
      Clinical Analyst I:
        •Diploma/degree from a post-secondary institution specializing in related technologies •1+ years of experience customer-facing experience role •EMR or clinical data experience is an asset
      Clinical Analyst II:
        •Diploma/degree from a post-secondary institution specializing in related technologies •2+ years of experience customer-facing experience role •2+ years of experience working with EMRs or clinical data or clinical workflow or healthcare industry

Great-to-haves
    •Agile & Project Management skills •Medical experience or clinical workflow •Awareness of data migration standards •Bilingualism in English & French
