TELUS Health, is looking for a Channel Manager of health services. The position's primary objective is to develop and support the account of one of our biggest clients. You will be responsible for helping the client develop preventive health care and well-being solutions for its employees, which plans may include executive, professional, well-being and virtual packages.

Here's how

    •Develop and support one of the employer's main accounts by working in partnership with the client as a trusted consultant in developing preventive health care and well-being solutions for the client's employees, including executive, professional, well-being and virtual packages •Maintain and develop client relationships by creating customized preventive health care solutions that meet the client's needs and interests (This may involve bundling the Medisys Health Group (MHG) suite of products with those of TELUS Health, notably preventive and comprehensive health assessments, workplace health services, well-being products, and virtual care.) •Present new products and services to clients •Communicate with MHG's management and various departments to share comments on the needs and experience of clients •Work with other departments as needed to effectively solve problems and seize opportunities with clients •Share best practices with team members from the department and the company •Attain and track weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives, while preparing sales, forecast and other reports •Support marketing activities on the ground via networking in the business community and by attending trade shows and events for the purpose of prospecting and creating market awareness for MHG and TELUS Health

Must Haves

    •Post-secondary degree required •5+ years' experience in B2B sales •Experience with benefits and insurance preferred •A solid network and experience developing distribution partnerships •Strategic and consultative sales approach •Technical experience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) •Effective pipeline management skills and experience using a CRM system required ( •Dynamic and proactive spirit, resilience and goal orientation with strong time-management skills and the ability to plan and establish priorities •Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while consistently meeting objectives and expectations
