Are you recognized as a seasoned change professional who can easily grasp complex organizational change and its broader, related areas to effectively lead and collaborate well with colleagues and teams? Can you lead the end-to-end delivery of change management activities throughout the lifecycle of moderately complex initiatives / programs / projects that can have impacts across specific business segments or at the enterprise level? If you seek a role that provides key advisory services to executives and business leaders, while governing strategic and complex organizational change management at TD, we're looking for you.
As a Change Manager in Platforms and Technology , you will:
•Be a key player in the transformation of colleagues and leaders in the Next Evolution of Work journey
•Diagnose colleagues and leader readiness in adopting the news ways of working in a product based, agile environment
•Conduct team check-ins to ensure change is sustained
•Lead a change management strategy that covers all impacted functions and teams
•Support and build a collaborative, trusting and safe environment, while helping to surface/remove constraints, structure effective retrospective and promoting creativity within the team
•Support the enablement of an environment where failures represent learning opportunities
•Communicate difficult concepts, converting information into compelling business context and advice
•Work directly with your business owner/sponsor to identify change metrics
•Conduct important analysis to make recommendations, assess effectiveness and mitigate risk
•Engage appropriate partners and collaborate across TD to drive successful change
•Be the change - a brand ambassador for change, your business and the bank, internally and externally Requirements What can you bring to TD?

•Relevant Change Management accreditations
•Seven (7) or more years of related experience
•Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry standards and methodologies, project management, organizational practices and business transformation
•Ability to act as change management lead for high risk and regulatory projects
•Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
•Skill in using software tools, applications (MS Office), JIRA, Confluence, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
•Ability to negotiate and influence
•Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively in both oral and written form
•Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team and work independently
•Ability to exercise good judgement in making decisions
•Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
•Experience working in an Agile delivery is an asset
