Position: | Casual Medical Specimen Courier - KHSC/PCH
Site: | Various
Hours: | Various
Payrate: | $18.35/hour
Overtime Method: | Ontario Averaging Agreement (AA) After 88 hours
Internal Post Date: November 4, 2025
Internal Closing Date: November 11, 2025
External Closing Date: November 30, 2025

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform drop-offs/pick-ups between KHSC/PCH hospitals
• Documentation on courier runs; detailed report writing/note taking
• Use of 2-way radio communication
• Use of cellphone technology
• Deliver time sensitive items between sites
• Pick up and drop off scheduled runs
• Respond to Stat deliveries
• Provide above-average customer service to all contacts
• Responsible for reporting required vehicle maintenance/care for actioning
• Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
• Valid driver's license - Class G (or equivalent)
• Clean driver's abstract from last 3 years
• Must be 25 years in age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50LBS
• Ability to walk extended periods of time
• Proficient in English (both oral and written) communication
• A copy of your immunization records (Measles, Mumps, Rubella [MMR], Varicella, Pertussis and TB Skin Tests - Step 1 & 2)

Immunization Form:
• KHSC Immunization Forms
• Proof of COVID-19 double vaccination
• Able to be clean shaven to pass an N95 Mask Fit Test
• Authorized to legally work in Canada
