Tenstorrent is hiring Call Center Agents to support customers over the phone. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, assist customers with questions, and help resolve basic issues.
This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls
- Provide clear and helpful information
- Assist customers with basic issues and requests
- Handle a high volume of calls professionally
- Record customer interactions in company systems
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, systems)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
