Role Overview

This position reports to the Senior Business Systems Analyst within the Toronto SAP Marketing and Logistics team. The incumbent will help with the incident tracking system and change requests to compile useful statistics for SAP project and workload review. Assists in testing development of efficient SAP business processes to meet evolving requirements of business functions. Apply proven communication skills to work well within the SAP team and with business users and other teams.

SAP is used by approximately 80 users to process transactions for customer deliveries with a total revenue of more than $4 billion dollars. The SAP application is essential to Teck realizing its cash flow forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in incident and change request management tracking in Service Now.
Assist in due date analysis for incidents and change requests.
Assist in compiling team statistics.
Assist in SAP testing and system documentation.
Assist in general administration work for the SAP team.
Assist with SAP password resets.
Assist with SAP Annual Access review.
Assist resolving and closing SAP incident tickets.

Ability to adapt responsibilities based on changing environments and requirements
Good interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems and make decisions
Must be flexible and have experience working in a fast-paced environment

The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
