The TELUS Business Architecture team will be leading an outside-in focus to shape the evolution of communication services and help our customers stay connected to the people and things that matter to them most. You will be part of a team that will be leading transformation of holistic B2B strategic blueprints to fulfill our market strategy and customer experience vision while incorporating operating and business strategy. In partnership with technology/IT peers, our system, platform and data strategy will continue to transform aligned to outcome-based strategic decision-making leveraging a Business Architecture framework.Here's how
As the Business Architect responsible for strategy alignment, you will be engaging across Market, Customer, Operational, Digital & Technical stakeholder groups to gain insight to their respective strategies and translate them to common Business Capabilities and Motivators. Iteratively, our team will build a holistic corporate view in the architecture repository to drive Digital Transformation informed by your expertise in: strategic scenario mapping, analysis, evaluation, problem-solving and ideation. You will also directly engage in governance forums to support strategic blueprint and standards development and management.Qualifications:What you bring to the table
•Business Architecture experience in applying the best practice to understand various perspectives and motivators; illustrating level of alignment to business strategy and business opportunities
•Experienced Consultant in helping to define models, processes & success metrics to enable delivery of capabilities
•Demonstrated experience modeling in Business Capabilities framework mapping to value streams across strategy and operations
•Passionate about delivering customer experience and experience with customer journey mapping
•Engaging and building strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional teams and all levels of leadership, including executives
•Advanced communication skills conveying complex and/or ambiguous business problem in a clear and simple way that is understood by the target audience
•Sharp business acumen with proven leadership,storytelling influencing, problem solving, negotiation, and analytical skills
•Highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully in a demanding, fast-paced environment
•Known for your ability and agility to excel in dynamic and ambiguous environments, including proactivity identifying opportunities and challenges, and anticipating and addressing roadblocks Great-to-haves
•MBA or other advanced degree
•COBIT 5 or COBIT 2019
•Transformation/Change Leadership Required Experience
•7-10 years of business experience
•University degree or equivalent experience
