Business Analyst is to take on the challenge of supporting a growing and competitive sales segment of Greenfield / New Home Construction. Support front line sales and management team to manage new development programs from program entry to ability to start selling and reporting on sales performance. The role extends and requires a strong communicator to work with cross funtiontal teams. The individual does require strong Excel and SQL skills to construct, calculate and share results

  • Manage Greenfield New Home Construction programs
  • Follow up on Builder leads - gather, educate on lead accuracy and share to respective teams
  • Take action on program readiness checks. Highlight those programs that require added support
  • Create adhoc reports
  • Create and distribute daily reports from Oracle / SQL Server environment
  • Schedule and lead weekly review calls

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance of Ecomics
  • 2+ Years expereince in Sales or Telecome industry
  • SQL - write code and develop reporting steps
  • Excel VBA - create, edit and write VBA in Excel
  • Strong written and communicaton skills
  • Assest - Salesforce. Use of Salesforce
