We get things done. We're responsible for TELUS's National system of critical technology spares, which has been ranked best in class by independent industry benchmarking.

But we're never satisfied - we continually strive to improve, and we're seeking bright & energetic Business Analysts to help us in our journey to further transform the TELUS Critical Managed Spares solution, to improve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle...
•Passion for customers and improving customer experience •Exceptional written, and presentation skills; innovative, organized, and thorough with an eagerness to further develop these skills •Superior analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills •Strong Microsoft (MS) Excel/Access skills •Hands on experience in implementing/using data intelligence tools such as Domo or Tableau is a distinct asset •Track record of project management and process improvement success •Understanding and experience of supply chain management processes, systems, Key Performance Indicators and controls •Enthusiasm and passion for developing and analyzing large, complex data sets and converting them into the information/insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization •3-5 years' in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility •Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias

•Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an asset •Program/project Management training is an asset •Knowledge of critical spares management best practices is an asset
