Do you believe in the power of branded integrations and the people and creative that fuel them?

Rogers Sports and Media is looking for a Branded Content Manager, In-House Productions to work in collaboration with campaign strategists, sales and cross-functional teams while reporting into the National Integration Director. This person will be responsible for leading the strategy and production on large scale Breakfast Television/Cityline Broadcast, Social and Influencer branded content campaigns. If you're obsessed with changing media consumption trends, love to tell stories and can't stop binging on world class content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with production, account management, Elevate, and digital teams, at the inception stage, to develop integrated multiplatform integration and sponsorship strategies
  • Oversee and focus on the creation/production of client-driven brand integrated content
  • Manage campaign-level production budgets and outputs, and work with internal creative teams to execute
  • Present proactive and reactive opportunities to internal teams, agency partners and client-direct
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Constantly explore new strategies and tactics to increase the value of our integrations and help find creative solutions to client challenges that create incremental revenue
  • Develop digital/social concepts that surpass client expectations and engagement benchmarks
  • Through post-mortem discussion, identify production and talent coaching opportunities to ensure world class execution capabilities
  • Work with cross-functional counterparts on bringing campaigns to Podcasts, Radio, Sportsnet and TSC.ca
  • Develop and foster Talent/Influencer opportunities and relationships
  • Develop sales collateral and campaign wrap reports through data driven storytelling
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of broadcast and digital video production and expertise
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced client-facing role
  • World class understanding of branded content and social engagement strategies
  • Audience development expertise
  • Ability to apply data to both strategic direction and performance benchmarking
  • Must possess a desire to positively impact culture and collaboration
