We are currently looking for aBilling Administrator to join our Barrie, ON team.The Billing Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional support to the Client Service Representatives in the delivery of on time and accurate billing statements.

Within 30 Days
  • Complete CRM and WEBS basic training
  • Have an understanding of the billing comparison
  • Review benefits 101 and product presentations with a Client Service Lead
  • Review benefit booklets for basic understanding
  • Build and support teamwork within your assigned pod

Within 60 Days
  • Achieve sign-off of no change billings
  • Understand theautoload process
  • Understand billing statement notifications and process applicable changes

Within 90 Days
  • Full sign-off on billings
  • Ability to process 500 plus bills manually per month
  • Ability to produce accurate/timely WEBS billings for a block of clients
  • Confidently work within our internal systems
  • Completion of Group Benefit Primer courses (4 modules)
  • Process basic WEBS changes
  • Identify a raving fan of your WOW! Service
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Administration, Client Services

In addition to joining a team that is focused on delivering the “WOW!” factor daily (while enjoying weekly yoga stretches, lunchtime walks, our Happy Friday program, and lots of cake!), yourKey Responsibilitieswill include:
  • Processing monthly billing statements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Printing & mailing reports and monthly billing statements
  • Supporting Benefits Administrator and Client Service Representativesas needed
  • Analyze enrolment changes as they apply to the billing statement
  • Identify errors on enrolment changes and work with admin as needed for correction
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Management

Education &Experience
  • Office experience preferred
  • Experience in the group benefits industry an asset but is not a requirement
