Here's how
    •Act as the "front-line" and to provide support to end users •Respond to telephone inquiries from end users in a pleasant, caring, professional and timely manner •Assist providers with their inquiries by providing accurate information and finding solutions to their inquiries •Advise pharmacists to retransmit claims that were not successfully transmitted •Collaborate with support teams to conduct extensive research on inquiries from providers


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Bilingualism in English & French •Post-secondary education in a related field with good data entry and computer skills •3+ years of experience in a customer service role •You are a great teammate with the ability to accept responsibility and work with minimal supervision •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written •Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment

Great-to-have
    •Pharmacy Technician certificate and/or experience
