The Risk Management Group in National office requires a Bilingual Manager to oversee and guide the day-to-day operations of the Know Your Client (KYC) team.

The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

The Risk Management Group in National office requires a Bilingual Manager to oversee and guide the day-to-day operations of the Know Your Client (KYC) team.
What you will do
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing workloads and priorities of KYC analysts;
- Quality reviewing and editing KYC Reports prior to issuance;
- Regular communication with KYC submitters to provide guidance and/or progress updates;
- Mentor and advise KYC Analysts including providing ongoing training support;
- Work with and provide support to the KYC Team's Management Group on KYC process and policy improvements as needed.
- Liaise with other departments/groups as required.
- A successful candidate will possess the following skills and behaviours:
- Experience reviewing the results of KYC procedures and reporting
- Fluency in oral and written English and French
- Ability to work independently to review high-level online research and improve reporting of complex issues
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all professional levels
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.
- High aptitude to learning new systems / technology.
- Ability to assimilate, analyze and facilitate information sharing.
