Benefits & Outcomes Senior Manager

Purpose-led work you'll be part of

As a Benefits & Outcomes Team Lead, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Day to day management of Benefits & Outcomes Enablement team
• Oversee benefits tracking and reporting, and optimizing capacity and resourcing
• Act as quantitative lead for Strategic Change Office MD and assist with business case reviews
• Provide resourcing and capacity planning details to SCO MD and Team Leads
• Maintain, train on, and uphold benefit tracking best practices for the team
• Become trusted benefits enablement advisor to program leaders and LoS
• Work with leadership peers to uphold Strategic Change Office (SCO)process and governance
• Oversee and ensure adherence to Strategic Change Office (SCO) processes
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of benefits tracking dashboard
• Provide the SCO MD and SCO Leader with information and recommendations on where benefits tracking is off track, or needs action in governance process
• Recommendations for project sign-off after benefits have been tracked

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Experience in assessing and prioritizing intake and business case financial benefits
• Experience in Benefits reporting best practices
• Demonstrated ability to translate large amounts of complex business and financial information into a professional, clear and concise presentation
• Experience reading dashboards and providing insights is essential ; Experience creating dashboards is beneficial
• Proficiency with project management, data analytic and visualization platforms such as Asana, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx
• Project management and agile knowledge to identify, escalate, and remove impediments
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple competing priorities and a high attention to detail
• Ability to identify opportunities for advanced analytics that would support the strategic projects within the firm
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
