Job Description
Overview
At KPMG in Canada, our people bring their unique perspectives to Canada's most important challenges. Here, you can build momentum that reaches beyond our business, develop skills for the future, and take ownership of your career with support at every stage. Join a firm where your career can make a difference.
KPMG Law LLP is a national law firm affiliated with KPMG LLP, with offices across Canada. As an integrated, multidisciplinary firm, our lawyers work closely with tax, accounting, and advisory professionals to help clients navigate complex legal and business matters.
We are seeking an Associate, Estate & Commercial Litigation to join our growing litigation practice. This role focuses on representing clients in estate, fiduciary, shareholder, contractual, and commercial disputes. It is a litigation-focused opportunity for a lawyer who is passionate about advocacy and dispute resolution, rather than estate planning, wills drafting, or estate administration.
Working closely with experienced litigators, as well as KPMG's Private Enterprise and Family Office teams, you will gain exposure to sophisticated and challenging matters involving individuals, families, business owners, trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and corporations. You will progressively assume responsibility for your own files, build client relationships, and develop your advocacy skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
At KPMG Law, you will work alongside respected practitioners, access the resources and expertise of a global professional services network, and benefit from ongoing professional development while helping clients resolve complex legal disputes.

AI tools may help with organizing applications or surfacing relevant qualifications. However, no hiring decisions are made using AI.
