What does that mean?We look at every single aspect of a vehicle purchase and remove all of the friction points.

Here's a few examples:
You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don't we'll pick it up

Job responsibilities:

  • Process and complete all incoming vehicle applications
  • Prepare contracts for customer to sign upon purchase (Online or In-person)
  • Communicate with department managers if need be to gather accurate/missing information
  • Review insurance quotes and documents
  • Process warranties and lien payouts/releases
  • Handle all paperwork related to the vehicle
  • Collaborate with the other teams to complete the application successfully
  • Perform basic math calculations


Desired skills and abilities:

  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • Result-oriented, creative and charismatic with the desire to share a laugh or two with your teammates
  • Open availabilitypreferred
