We are currently looking for a successful channel management professional, with a strong work ethic and customer relationship skills. Candidates must have the ability to think outside the box to create value for our sales channel partners and their clients. We are looking for a leader and a team player who is passionate about achieving their business goals. In this role you will report to our Director of Strategic Partnerships.
We believe the best way to successfully grow our company revenue is to establish strong business relationships with our strategic sales partners and delight them with extraordinary service excellence for them as well as their clients. The Channel Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role in growing new sources of revenue and retaining our critical business mass. Working collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as members of the Customer Care team, the Channel Account Manager will be required to create and monitor detailed business plans that are customized to the specific and varied needs of our partners, to better service and delight them.Here's how
•Develop and maintain business relationships with insurers, brokers, consultants, and other sales channel partners in different industries to ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of client referral sources
•Create and monitor detailed business plans that are customized to the specific and varied needs of our strategic partners
•Identify and develop relationships with new and current strategic partners to achieve sales market growth
•Assist in the design and the prioritization of services and solutions
•Assist in the development of promotional and marketing strategies by identifying our partners needs
•Effectively and promptly respond to the needs of our clients, brokers, consultants, and partners
•Work closely with the business development team to identify business opportunities and to generate new sales
•Assist in proposals for our services, respond to RFPs and prepare documentation for new and potential clients leads
•Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to potential clients and sales channels Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•University Degree preferable in business or marketing
•5 years of stable and successful B2B Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Channel Management or Key Account Management experience
•Experience in the Groups Benefits sector or the Insurance Industry is required
•Proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding organizational goals
•Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•Desire and dedication for a long-term professional career
•Superb and polished presentation skills including the ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations in person, or virtually, to groups
•Capable of adapting sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands, and company goals
•Disciplined with a passion, and must be able to build, expand, and solidify professional relationships with strategic partners
•Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external customers
•Effective time management, organization, and prioritization
