We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Manager to help scale our growing media business by working with sales, operations, and other Amazon business partners to manage advertising campaigns.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role on the Customer Success Team and will be responsible for driving business success for our advertising customers on the Amazon ecosystem through consultative services including annual planning, media planning and reporting. You will work with Account Executives to help develop the full-funnel view of a customer's path-to-purchase journey on Amazon. You will utilize internal Amazon partners and tools to develop the media planning strategy and oversee execution to ensure advertisers receive a positive customer experience. As the owner of customer success, you will be responsible for customer education of Amazon's proprietary metrics and offerings and through troubleshooting roadblocks. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
You possess strong analytical abilities to develop a deep expertise on Amazon's proprietary metrics and offerings. You are curious and have a habit of diving deep into data in order to develop a story about the customer journey. You have demonstrated customer obsession in a client-facing role and possess an inherent desire to see your customers succeed on the Amazon platform. You possess strong problem solving skills, having demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot and overcome road-blockers for your customers.
•3+ years experience in digital advertising
•2+ years experience in an analytics role
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
•Experience developing and delivering brand marketing strategies
•Digital media planning experience
•Bachelors' degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Business or relevant Undergraduate degree
•Experience aggregating campaign data and developing a data supported narrative
•2+ years in a client facing role or in a brand management role
•Experience presenting to diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders
•Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
