•Excellent internal and external customer service skills are required to be displayed at all times •Prep, set up, arrange ingredients for 1 st Wok/Noodle Bar Cooks on a daily basis •Maintain adequate ingredients to respond to quick ordering and service •Provide support to 1 st Wok/Noodle Bar Cooks by maintaining work areas at the Noodle Bar •Prepare ingredients as per recipes and directions provided •Control waste and spoilage and restock low items during shift •Ensure all prep, re-stocking and cleaning is completed prior to the end of shift •Assist with duties of other employees as needed •Perform other duties as required by the Sous Chef and/or Kitchen Manager
•Minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen experience, preferably some with Asian cuisine •Must be available to work 10 hour shifts •WHMIS certified •Show initiative and desire in learning and understanding other roles and responsibilities in the Wok/Noodle Bar kitchen •Must be self-motivated •Basic knife handling skills •Ability to perform tasks and duties effectively and safely within a faced paced environment •Ability to follow instructions in a friendly and professional manner •Excellent communication skills •Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast paced environment
